ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE BANDS!! They aren't like traditional circular bands I've used before. They stretch nicely but give you the tension you are looking for. I am a personal trainer and I use these in my program all the time and all the men that I train complain about my other bands pulling their leg hairs BUT these BabyFitGym Bands are smoother and not as sticky so they don't pull hair!!! Great quality, perfect tension options, and great price! Also includes a little workout challenge and exercise ideas so this is definitely a MUST BUY!

I am so thrilled with this purchase! I love this gal! Found her on instagram and had been following her for a while. I am 10 month pp and was still trying to find a way to make exercise a part of my daily routine again. $10 is such a great price for this product. Much cheaper than a gym membership, you don't even have to leave the house, babies/ kids can be busy playing while you do the workouts and she has great 15 minute workouts on her YouTube channel. They have been awesome for me and just what I needed/ was looking for! 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time for a busy mom that you can try and get in during their nap time even if baby allows :) Recommend to any mom!! Workouts are doable too and she provides modifications. I am feeling more toned already!

I purchased these bands when I saw her post a video on instagram of some simple stretches with the bands that could be done to help with rounded shoulders/ poor posture. I immediately fell in love when I started using them! I did my first 15 minute workout from her youtube channel and plan on doing them all because even with 2 young children I can easily fit in 15 minutes a day! The workout was fun and just the right amount of difficulty. Plus she is the sweetest person!

Fitness is so important to me, but I just don't have the time to get to the gym. These bands give me the ability to get one hell of a workout at home and on my own time.Durable and great quality with a cute bag . Bands are labeled for increasing resistance. Highly recommend.

They slip VERY easily! I wish they can in different sizes because I prefer smaller bands but they are okay. They should have been made in a different material because they won’t stay in place during exercises

I love these. They came with the carrying case so it slips easily into my diaper bag, purse, carry on, glove box. I take them with me wherever I go and add in a work out. I like that there are 4 of them because I can share with a friend as we work out together. I follower her instagram account for ideas on how to use them.
