RCA to HDMI Adapter Converter, AV to HDMI Converter with HDMI Cable Supports PAL/NTSC for PS2/VHS/VCR/Blue-Ray DVD ect.

Worked on an older TV so my son could play games. It was easy to install.

This works excellent if you have a new Smart TV and a stereo receiver that doesn't have an HDMI connection and you want to hear your speakers instead of the TVs, along with wanting to use your DVD player. Not the best photo, the adapter is below the photo, however its very easy to install. Connect the HDMI plug to the back of your TV (to TV). Connect your RCA red and white to the corresponding red and white on the RCA to HDMI adapter. (To Rcvr) The video cord from the back of my DVD player is connected into the yellow port on the adapter. The adapter needs power, any USB C charger will work plugged in. Make SURE to go into your TV with Source, under Sound/Speakers set your TV to Audio Out, tuning off the internal TV speakers. Then change your Sound Settings to PCM so the TV signal processes analog to digital. The adapter makes no noise, sound and video works like normal! Note, you will also need a Toslink Digital Optical cord, (not included) to carry Audio from your TV to your receiver.

Works great for both of my old PS1 and PS2 game systems. You do need to have a USB port to plug into for power (usb cord is supplied), and an HDMI cable is also supplied. It also has a switch for 720 or 1080. I switched to 1080 for the tv I am using.

Our old tv died so we had to buy a new one and come to find we could only get a tv that had hdmi inputs. Ordered this to hookup our old gaming systems. Initial setup didn’t work. We were ready to return this and then decided to try an hdmi cord we have instead of the one it came with. That did the trick. Works perfectly with a good hdmi cord and not the one it came with! Sound quality and picture are exactly as they should be! Only other downfall is it needs to be plugged into a power source too.

This worked great used for an old dvd player on a smart TV u can pick 720 viewing or 1080 its fabulous

So awesome to finally be able to play my old Nintendo Entertainment System on my new TV

Works great! No problem hooking it to my device and HDMI port on my tv. The only thing I didn’t know is it is powered by usb. It’s a good thing there was one on the tv.

I’m not sure if these RCA’s are slightly smaller than standard, but they had horrible signal issues as they were very loose and kept bouncing around. I tried putting tape to hold them together. But that didn’t work and then it turned out. There was a short in the RCA cables however they are hardwired, which is my opinion as a bad design even though it seems simpler once there’s a short in the rca the device is useless.It’s better to buy a converter box with a female ends that way if your rca cables get damaged, you can just swap those out without having to buy an entire new converter.
