Almost as good as real cheese
Ordered product as a more cost effective option to fresh cheese for a cheese fondue. The combination of the three different cheeses- emmental, Gruyère and Comte, tasted almost like the fresh products from cheese monger. Missed the preparation for traditional cheese fondue and the extras of use of garlic to rub out the pot, white wine and Kirsch Schnapps are traditionally added.
