Hubby Likes It!
My husband really likes this. He got it to put on his nightstand. He sleeps hot, but I don't, so he likes a fan that he can point right at his head and not cool the whole room. He thinks this one works well because it directs quite a bite of airflow right where he wants it. It's also quiet and looks alright. And It's small so it doesn't take up too much room on his nightstand. It was a great price, and seems durable. He only wishes that the controls were not on the back of the fan, as they're a little hard for him to reach from the bed. But all in all, he's happy with it.

Great fan for personal use
This fan is great at doing what it is designed to do (moving a small-medium amount of air with relatively low noise). This is a small fan and is not going to compete with a large fan for moving large amounts of air, but that is not what I purchased it for.I purchased this fan to use at speaking engagements. As a man that is carrying more weight than I should, I sweat more than most people. I also have to talk in from of crowds more than most people do. This last weekend was the first time I used the fan at a speaking engagement and it worked very well. I had it on the table next to the podium aiming in the direction of the speaker. I ran the fan on the medium setting which provided enough airflow to keep me cool while also being very quiet. On the lowest setting, the fan is almost silent and provides enough air for a person sitting at a desk.On the medium setting, the fan is fairly quiet and provides airflow to a distance of 8-10 feet.On the high setting, the fan is quite loud (all fans are loud on high) and will provide quite a bit of airflow. Again, this will not compete with a large box fan, but that is not what it is designed to do.The fan direction is easily adjustable, but it does not oscillate.Overall, this is a great small, portable fan that works very well for cooling a single person. I would recommend this fan to anyone without reservation.

A++ quality build. Perfect for the job.
Update: One year of daily use and still going strong!Pros:+ Quality of materials & build are excellent.+ Circulates the air above the countertop oven, preventing the cabinet bottom above from heating up.+ Solid & stable base.+ Non-skid base.+ Fan swivels up or down & stays at the angle you put it.+ Three speeds.+ Color blends it into it's location.+ I can recommend this based on experience. Have owned this since 07/09/2023.Cons:- Rear control can be awkward, but not a deal breaker for me. (Mine is on top of refrigerator. I'm 5'2.5" and have to be on tiptoes to reach the control.)Why I bought the fan: I tried several different size countertop ovens/ toaster ovens. No matter the size, every oven heated the bottom of the cabinet above_ in one case it was too hot to touch! In the end, the best quality large oven needed the least clearance around it & heated the cabinet bottom considerably less. However, the oven was still an inch too close to bottom cabinet. While it didn't overheat the bottom, I feel more comfortable using the fan to prevent cabinet from heating up at all. The bonus is that it keeps the air around the oven circulating and that whole work area stays cooler as well. Win, win! Just for the record I bought a KitchenAid countertop oven with built-in temperature probe & air fry from Amazon.

Good -- but Loud -- fan
Design - 5/5Construction - 5/5Air Flow - 3/5Noise - 2/5DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION (5/5)A really nice looking fan with a retro (50's-70's era) design. Very small footprint. Metal base with transparent rubber stoppers to prevent the unit from moving or rattling on surfaces like glass. The housing is make of a very hard plastic and is mounted to the metal base with this same plastic. One would have an hard time trying to snap this, let alone the idea of it happening by accident.AIRFLOW & NOISE (3/5)I own one of the Zippis and I had expected a little more air movement out of this model. While it beats the Zippi on the highest setting (barely)...-- The low setting seems to barely move any air -- I can barely feel the wind hit my face from 12 in. away on my desk. I couldn't imagine this setting being helpful when it starts reaching 90 degrees in a month or so. Very little noise at this level, though.-- The medium setting pushes maybe 33% more air and is definitely louder than or as loud as the high Zippi setting-- The high setting is incredibly loud for a ***desk fan***, and it doesn't seem to move much more air than the medium setting (maybe 40-45% more than the low setting)As someone who games with people online, there's no way I'll be able to use this fan on high while in chat. I'd be surprised if the medium setting works out. It's more likely that I'll be relying on my floor fan in this scenario. Good enough for coding with headphones on, I guess.CONCLUSION (4/5)All in all, it functions, the build seems to be very solid, and it only cost $20 (at the time I purchased it)...but it is still a little disappointing when you hear this thing run.

Great Little Fan
This is impressively powerful for its small size! I like the white and copper color scheme, too.Feels sturdy and well-made.
