Redline K9 Padded Leather Quick Release Dog Protection and Tracking Harness (Large) Black

The harness is heavy duty and great. My only complaint is that the black metal clips instantly scratched and now you see the stainless steel through the black. Otherwise it will hold up for years to come.

Perfect Harness! It seems to be made extremely well. Its not real leather but sure looks and feels like leather. I am pretty sure it will last a long time. I have a mastiff and she has a tendency to pull only when she sees other dogs. With this Harness I have more control over her body with out hurting her. She is just under 150lbs. I got XL size. Fits her good. If anything it was a little too big. But with the multiple adjustments, its perfect. It stays in position for the most part, and when you do pull from a particular side, the harness will straighten out with a little tug from either opposite side or from behind. The handle is great when I want to have full control and tight proximity.The best part is how it attaches. Just slip on like a necklace, then clip the two sprIng loaded clips on both sides of chest. NO STEP THROUGH.Harness looks great and functions great. I couldnt ask for more.

I needed a harness for my German Shepherd for Search and Rescue..I love this harness!I was thrown off by the comment of light duty as this harness is anything but light duty. It is lighter weight than a comparable leather harness but the BioThane material is rated to 500lbs!I contacted the company to ask whether I should purchase this harness or another all leather and the assistance I received went over and above my expectations. She not only gave me an explanation of what BioThane material is and how in my area it would hold up with less upkeep than leather but measured the different sizes of the harness so I could get just the right one for my dogs deep chest in the girth and shallower chest in front.I highly recommend this harness and DogSport Gear as a company.

I have tried all kinds of harnesses for my dogs over the years and I’m sorry I haven’t tried this company sooner. This harness is high quality and highly recommended.

I didn't realize this harness had quick connect clasps on the side. I found out the hard way that I have to be extra careful they are closed completely. Luckily it was only on a walk when a bit of a tug popped it free. I think paying a similar price for a leather harness without quick connects is a better bet.

The clips are all metal, i say again, the clips are all metal!!! I was so thrilled that this harness was so easy to put on and the clips were not some cheap plastic like almost every other harness i have seen online. The handle is also very nice when switching our dogs leash from her collar to her harness.I would recommend this harness for someone working on Tracking or protection work with their dog.

Used as a tracking harness on my Dutch Shepherd. A lot of adjustment settings for a good fit. Held up extremely well over many tracks in all kinds of terrain.I was worried about the clips, but they are metal and extremely well engineered.Would purchase again.

Great harness, well made, heavy duty, but too big for my dog.

My dog got a rach on his chest because of it, so not too sure why but I like the product, it's sturdy and robust for my 150 lbs. mastiff. Unfortunately, it's not for him because of the rash.

The quality of this harness is great! It's heavy leather with strong stitching, metal buckles and clasps. Extremely satisfied with the product and price. Looking forward to my pup growing enough to utilize it properly!

Fantastic harness, such great workmanship and quality materials. The metal buckles are awesome and this thing is much heavier duty than I anticipated.
