Amazing and easy to set up
Amazing product, really good screen. Super light, it almost feels fragile to touch, but it’s actually really good quality. I definitely recommend it!Tip for Mac users:-when you use it for the first time, and the portable screen is your extended display, you’ll notice that the font is really small and hard to read.Go to Settings > Display and instead of using the default 2560 x 1600 px, scale it down to 2048 x 1280 and the print gets larger, but it drops in quality; not by a massive amount though. The other option is to use it as your main screen and all of your settings from your Mac will automatically apply to your secondary screen.Overall: buy it! LG never disappoints 😌

Sharp and crystal clear image for a small form factor. No touch screen but this is still worth it
Screen image is clearest I've seen you're playing for sharp image quality here even more so than my own laptop. That's pretty much my high selling point and if that's you want you've found what you're looking for.(Note I do not know how it would perform in terms of Framerate as I only use it for documents)Bought this in later 2022 when it was on offer for £199 (note it was paid for by others)I use this monitor work to compliment my 16″ work laptop and got up to 2560 x 1600 with it.Form factor is top quality, no out sticking elements other than the screen protector.Areas of improvementThe brightness function which increases and decreases quite slowly, that may be good if you like to be précised with what brightness you want, but I expected it to accelerate like it does for more devices when you hold it down.I wish of course it was touch capable which would be outstanding for marketing events particularly at this image qualityThe bar between the left and right edge of the screen could be smaller.I have a portable laptop stand which would raise the screen of the laptop so it could be more level with my eyes. I would like to see some kind of adapter for this monitor that does the sameScreen protector is magnetised and is removable. I would be concerned in a few years if it loses adhesion haven't seen that yet.

Portable and lightweight
Pros:- super Lightweight and comes with an excellent cover/stand- clarity and brightness is really good- portability wise I can easily put it away when I’m not working and it’s very easy to take to work when working from the officeCons:- Price is on the high side, could be more affordable for what it offers- the cover is slightly flimsy and could be made of better quality- I wish the edges and the monitor screen sat plush similar to an iPad

Updates?
Screen is good and body well made. It is simple to use - works straight out of the box. Two concerns are: It appears to be Windows orientated - the instructions only mention Windows setup (inc OnScreen Control) nothing on macOS (I am using it on a Mac Book Pro with failed screen) but does work. Second issue it in itself does not appear to have an external update and or diagnostics ability, while persistent updates can be tedious no ability to do such may hinder its life if connected computer has a big update. In summary good product so far!

It is like a normal/desktop monitor
This monitor is really bright and the quality is amazing. I know the price is a bit higher than similar ones but it is worth every penny!

Broke just after a year
Brought this and it broke just after a year with lines appearing all over the bottom half. Contacted LG about this, and while their monitors have a 2 year warranty, they said that its not a monitor and a laptop, so only has one year warranty, despite this being called a monitor. The product is not reliable and the customer support try to wriggle out of any obligation. Would not buy.

If you are using with a Mac please see below.
The screen hardware, including build quality, is great but because Apple doesn't like the use non-Apple external displays it will not scale the resolution properly. If you just plug it in the screen will appear slightly blurry, distorted and never at the right resolution.FIX: Use a third party app like Better Display / BetterDummy, note that it is not free. The app fools your mac into thinking it's a fully compatible High DPI (HiDPI) and the result is a screen that's just like your MacBook retina. In fact the colour rendering is slightly better.

Excellent
Excellent screen which has made life easier WFH. I was initially looking at getting a conventional monitor but it meant I’d be fixed to a single desk . With this portable monitor I’m able to move room to room or even go for a drive to the beach and work there if I’m in the mood to.Works with both windows and Mac so that’s a plus. I haven’t tried it with my iPad although going from 12.9 to 16 inches is probably not needed.negatives - it’s usb c only so my iPhone is not working with it (someone more technologically advanced might know a way to) . I haven’t tried android either.
