It is reasonably good and that of exact dimension as asked. There a suitable nylon rope which helps its fitting. Quality is good.

Helps keep the house cool, reflects uv and keeps the temperature of surface its shielding low. Rope quality is questionable. Lighter colour will reflect more sunlight. it's easy to install.
