This sweat suit does the job. It's not the most durable, but it's good for about 3 months of regular use. Good for wrestlers, I imagine. My son uses it to make weight before boxing matches. He says it's comfortable and gives him a good sweat.

Horrible purchase. The only reasonit got one star is because ot will not let me post a review without it. You would be better of to purchase a cheap suana suit from Walmart. The material of this suit is cheap, thin, plastic and poorly made. I am 5'6 165ILBS I purchased a large and it barely fit. I used it fine for the first two days and the 3rd day the inseam on the pants ripped out from the crotch all the way to my knees on both sides. I was not doing squats or jumping jacks. I was running on a treadmill. Don't waste your money.

the pants rip easily

Don’t waste your time with this product it’s like a cheap plastic bag and not true to size. The pants ripped as soon as I opened them. Suite way to little. I would have returned if I didn’t wait so long to open

The crotch area tore during first use. I wore clothes beneath the suit as instructed. I am disappointed that this happened after the first wear. The suit is effective but too fragile.

Its good ngl but if you are curvy in the lower area be sure to size up or it will break on you and thats a promise its not durable in that aspect

This has helped me a lot during my weight loss journey. It’s perfect for any workout, the moment you put it on you begin to sweat. Very easy to slip on but after you’ve worked up a sweat, it may be hard to take to off so take your time, so it doesn’t rip. I plan to order an another one, real soon. Trust me it gets the job done and I’m very happy with this purchase.
