Sturdy, solid, easy to clean, fits my toilet well, no wiggle or movement when sitting on it, great price and very easy to remove if needed. i love the slow close function as well. i wish they offered it in black but the white is beautiful.

I have purchased cheap plastic toilet seats in the past, like the old saying "Buy cheap - but twice". This seat is strong, attractive and has soft close hinges. Liked this so much I bought a second for the upstairs bathroom.

I bought a plastic seat when the existing seat broke. But after having installed it on a toilet with a bidet, I realized it wasn't that sturdy and the front flexed up when sat upon. I could have lived with that, but while no hard toilet seat is very comfortable, that one actually hurt to sit on. I lived with it for a couple of weeks and finally thew it out, replacing it with this one. Installation is a bit more complicated. You're supposed to tighten it with a wrench from underneath until the plastic pieces break. I tightened it until it felt like they were going to break and stopped in case I had to loosen it to reset the bidet. The plastic seat was attached with screws fastened from above. The quiet close on this seat works once it is tightened down. I have other wooden enameled toilet seats and they've lasted me for 18 years and I expect them to last another 18 years, so while plastic promises greater durability, the practical difference in my case at least has not been significant.

When I opened the box that the toilet seat came in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of protective packaging. The seat came in an unsealed plastic bag that was not fully covering the seat so upon opening, I noticed a knick on the back side of the seat. I wish it shipped with some bubble wrap or foam within the box or even if the bag in the box was fully sealed to avoid any damage during transit.Besides that the seat is heavy duty and durable, does not wobble at all. The soft close feature is nice. The seat was super easy to install compared to the previous one that I got from Home Depot. The bottom lip was a little larger than my Toto bowl but it has been comfortable so total non-issue. It is easy to clean too, was worried about wiping the gold part with Clorox disinfectant when cleaning but no issues there either.

I'm way more excited than one should be about a toilet seat. This was the 3rd try (order) and i'm finally happy lol. i made the mistake of thinking a soft cushion seat was a good idea for a lasting seat. i didn't even get to find out about the lasting part cause immediately the order (round fit) was too small, then the 2nd (elongated) was too big, Nothing felt right and so i abandoned the cushion idea and just went with what i knew would be a standard fit on my bum. i'm a small person so not sure what was happening. this is such a nice seat and easy to clean and sparkles. and it has slow closing technology which is just too cool. beyond the fit and sleekness, the fastening is solid and immovable if tightened correctly. this product proves you can have a nice toilet seat for under 30 bucks, so happy. get it and think of me when you realize ur satisfied too.

Easy to install. My husband in a wheelchair was able to install this in a very tight space. This seat is AWESOME!!! I have every confidence that this will last, perform, and stay put! Comfortable smooth rounded thick seating. A blessing for long reading sessions... LOLIt's hard to believe that this quality was also a great value.

The product color is as pictured. It is easy to install; it fits well, it's comfortable, and sturdy. Installation is pretty straightforward, it is forgiving in that if you don't thread it properly the first-time, you can easily remove it to try rethreading it again. Thw best part about the seat is that it has a sofy close feature... AT FIRST, because it will eventually start to fail and slam shut just like all the rest. 😂The only thing that I hate about this seat is THE PAINT COMES OFF SO QUICKLY! This bothers me because 1.) IT LOOKS EXTREMELY TACKY, AND 2.) I wonder how hygienic the seat is with a broken surface, surely bacteria can get lodged into the cracked paint that we can clean!*You have to be EXTREMELY careful about which cleaners you use. Clorox wipes will wipe the paint right off! For this reason, the value isn't all that great because we have to keep replacing them due to paint failure.
