NOVICA Brown Suar Wood Yoga Sculpture, 7.75" Tall 'Yoga Stretch'

I gifted this to a co-worker who also teaches and practices yoga. It is proudly displayed in her workspace. It was packaged quite safely and arrived in perfect condition. I also felt good purchasing a Novica item as it was made by someone in Indonesia. It is beautiful.

The statue is a medium brown color, just as pictured, with a slightly polished finish, and it looks larger than the 7.5" stated. Beautifully carved with no scratches, chips, or blemishes of any kind. It came quickly, and was really packed well, wrapped in 5 different layers of grey packing paper, with each layer alternating direction between horizontal and vertical. With all of the wrapping paper around it, it felt like something soft, like it contained sheets. or clothing. It was kind of a pain to unwrap, but well worth it. I don't think there was any chance of it being damaged. This is the third item I have bought from Novica, and I have been quite pleased with all three. It's a quality item, and well worth the price. If you buy it, I think you'll be just as pleased with it as I am.

I Purchased is handcarved yoga pose for my son‘s new girlfriend who is a yoga teacher. She loved it. I think I need to buy one for myself also!

Though the art looks abstract the pose is real. The angles and lines of the art caught my eye.

This wood carved yoga figure is so much prettier than most of those available in stores. I bought it as a gift, and I am looking forward to giving it to my friend and yoga instructor.
