I had tried this red light therapy at my sister's place and decided to get my own , this came right away and instructions were easy-to-use it has a pug in port with button control on the cord I've been using it every day for a while it has given me great relief in my joint , very good price and a well made product. I'm impressed with durability and quality. Although you need to be plugged to use the cord seems long enough for my use . If you need to be mobile this is not the unit for you. It folds up nice back in its box after use .

Great product

This is the best thing ever. I have been using it on different parts of my body, but recently, I have started placing it on my head for my scalp while I rest. My hair is thinning, and I can see a difference in its impact after about a month. I do wish it wouldn't autoshutoff after 30 minutes, but I just flip it back on.

Difficult to attach and keep in place. Warmth is only ok and not any better than a heating pad. Maybe will improve. I don’t know yet.

I tore my ACL skiing. Before the surgery I used this twice a day for 20 minutes. The surgery went great, and as soon as the bandages were off I started using the red light wrap once a day for 20 minutes to help with healing. Two months later I am walking without a limp and have very little pain. I can even ride my bike. I did lots of physical therapy and the usual ice/elevate, but I feel convinced that the red light therapy gave my knee the extra boost it needed. I recommend it to all my friends. This wrap is a convenient size to wrap the knee, and I like that you can set a timer so it turns off. It has a few features I don't understand such as the flashing light feature, but overall it is great to help speed up healing.

I have back pain often recently and this product alleviates my problem quickly. Its easy to use and I get relief. definitely value for my buck.
