Great injector! I've been using a cajun injector, the plastic one, for years. I finally broke the last of the needles and came across this injector while I was looking for replacements. It's heavyweight, solid, and feels great in my hand. The ring on the plunger makes it easy to draw marinade into the barrel with one hand. The different needles work well, and the extra silicone o-rings included are a really nice touch. For the price, or even double the price, this is a great kitchen tool...UPDATE 4/22/2020:Unfortunately, the threaded end that the needles screw into came completely free recently while I was trying to inject a prime rib. I ended spraying Jack Daniel's, soy, and olive oil on myself, the kitchen ceiling, and all over the countertops. Changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars,

Sub standard contruction
The very first time I used this was for some chicken I was smoking. I wanted to inject the chicken with some Mojo for flavor and the injector had a hard time picking up the liquid. Managed to inject the Mojo, then when cleaning the injector needle, the needle separated from the screw hub. I used super glue to reattach the 2 pieces, but have yet to use it again. Pretty disappointing honestly!

Syringe good, needles not so good
The stainless syringe is nice and heavy but the short needle with the one hole in the side, after washing once the needle fell out of the threaded piece that threads into the syringe, don’t know if it was just glued in or what but it’s not one piece like it looks to be

Mine is defective
I dont know if mine is defective or what but the needles dont thread in right wont stay in the injector tube its like they are not the right size
