This product is a great value. I do notice it help ease my anxiety and ease the process of me falling asleep. It’s a safe and reliable product. If I’m really overstimulated from a lot of caffeine I sometimes megadose this supplement. The taste is slightly sweet and not unpleasant compared to most supplement powders. It is great to take during the day or at night. When using it for anxiety, it’s nice because you don’t feel like you are drugs like anxiety pharmaceuticals, you just feel calm and like yourself in my experience.

I have been using Fit Powders L-Theanine for years now. When I first started using it, it was great. There was no bad smell, it dissolved well, was great value for the money, and worked very well.The last two batches I've had just keep getting worse. Last one I had, I actually wrote to the company to ask what changed in their manufacturing process, because it was visibly different. Bigger grains, shinier, took longer to disolve, tasted worse. They said they have multiple sources for their product, but she did send me a lab result. Alright, it was really L-Theanine.The batch I just received is way worse, it smells like cat urine. Seriously gross. I don't understand why they can't provide a standardized product, so I won't be buying from them again. It doesn't make sense to play Russian Roulette when buying bulk powders.

My wife has always had trouble with anxiety and is on a low dose 20 mg Zoloft and 10 mg lithium orotate in the a.m.. this worked wonderfully for about 7 years.
