Great book for procrastinators
This is the bible for procrastinators. You need no other resources, it's all backed by scientific studies - none of that pseudo science nonsense.

Insightful and helpful
Dr Sirois has written an exceptionally useful manual for not only tackling procrastination, but understanding the underlying psychological and biological processes that it is composed of. If you are struggling with procrastination and the associated self-loathing and feelings of incompetency and inadequacy, I highly recommend reading this book and putting Dr Sirois' extensive research into action.

Bit of a let down
I had high hopes got this book as I am a chronic procrastinator, and constantly pull out of commitments, it really didn’t tell me anything I hadn’t already figured out for myself. It felt shallow, and didn’t go deep enough to be if any emotional use.
