Smell and quality
So they smell very synthetic or chemical like. Probably the material, may air out over time but very strong.The Velcro on one of our sets was installed incorrectly and sewed onto the back instead of the front. It also doesn’t do much to keep the lid closed on the one that is correct. It’s flimsy and seems to be better for temporary or camping storage.

Great price for 3 pieces
I’m surprised how sturdy these are. Obviously not where you can use them as a bench but still stackable with stuff in them. Good buy!

Wanted something to put my son's clothes in while we get his room together . It was easy to assemble and did the job .decent size as well

A little deep for toddler
These are a little deep for my toddler, she always needs help to get what's on the bottom, but I love them! They keep all her toys in a safe place and the quality to so much better than I expected. I keep one in the living room a d the other upstairs in her play space.
