Cinematix 9" Portable DVD Player with 6 + Hour Battery Life

I intended this dvd player as a gift,and so far recipient's expectations weren't fooled. The quality is so-so, but the item is easy to operate, instructions are simple enough, good screen resolution. I think this player may need repairs soon. Outdated model, but I've basically bought it because of long battery life(ad as 6 hours). Screen visibility and sound quality are good. The headphones are not so perfect. The good point is a compatibility with cable TV(all cords are attached).Ports for different purposes(USB drive, TV, MP3, power cord). I've got this player with square trade protection plan for 3-years, which among other benefits includes 1 battery replacement. I consider this buy as a good value for the money paid.

Likes are remote ,picture excellant . BUT they not telling whole trues of battery life. You MIGHT get 6 hour play back and it take up to 8 hours to fully charge. So take the page in the manual where it states a 4 hour charge put in the bathroom by the kamode in case of emergency. Hating the charge I'm good watching a couple in half movie love the picture. A good buy as long as you can keep it charged

All work good, but only does not stop vidio if you click on Stop,you have to open the disk only to stop. We like it any way.

Got this and everything was there and good, but as soon as I opened the spot to put the movie the cover broke off of it and in order for me to get it to play or work now I have to either put something heavy on it or use duct tape and tape it closed!

With the good reviews for this I was expecting much better. Now I see why it was inexpensive. When it runs it is loud. The volume doesn't turn up very high. The music parts of a movie sounds good, but the talking part is poor quality without the headphones on. (I do not need to use headphones but have to or it can't be heard very well. But that does help to block out some of the noise from the machine running.) All in all I would advise not to buy it unless you want something cheap that you need headphones for.

This is a great little played for the kids. Easy to use. Just what I wanted for the back seat caos.

the screen rotates, and it works without being plugged in for quite awhile. definitely recommend for trips with kids!

We used this in vacation for our Grandkids, they loved watching cartoons and movie's.
