Not so sure
I'm trying to live life without the threat of diabetes and this is 14g of sugar per tablespoon. Might as well have a soda while we're at it? It tastes great bc it's made with honey. I think I'd just have the honey and skip the melatonin. After a while this synthetic substance will have your body making less of it. I'm still not sure. Has it received my cough? No. I have not noticed any difference
