If only the neighbor cats didn’t like it.
Love it. Good instructions, great layout for cats. Bought for outside cats. It’s still strong after a year of Tennessee Appalachian weather. I would say it’s not the most sturdy thing in the world, but it’s been darn right sturdy enough.

Great Design
I have a cat that won’t go inside. She spent the winter in a heated cardboard box on our deck, which wasn’t adequate for warmth and safety. We needed a new shelter for her. After doing some research I decided on this model because of the extra escape hatch and easy roof access and size.It was pretty easy to put together. It took less than 30 minutes. My cat didn’t trust it at first but we put food inside and bungee’d the flap door open because my cat seemed confused as to how to push it open (she has never used a pet door). After that she was comfortable going inside. The only drawback to this model is if your cat is a fatty like mine. She/he may not be able to enter through the second floor door. The platform is too shallow for them to jump on and enter the door, but it’s fine as an exit. My girl also couldn’t figure out those plastic flaps worked so we may remove them.We got the house in the summer but we have cold nights so I’ll be watching to see if my cat sleeps in it.If you want your cat to use this house in the summer, make sure it’s in the shade. Ours got really stuffy and hot inside when placed in the sun. No way a cat will want to be in there. We moved it to a shady corner and that fixed the problem. The house is not super weatherproof, and it’s not insulated at all, so consider that when buying. We plan to use foam insulation around it in the winter and use a heating pad to make it cozy. Two cats could easily hang out in this house, maybe three if they are small.

cute, thin, 2 hours to build, not for cold areaz
3 people, a drill and still two hours to figure out haha Should be in 75 price range for the quality, rather than over 100It is very cute, Very thin so wouldn't be good for the winter without heavily insulting it.Seems like it could be waterproofed with a good coat of paint on the outside and some talking around the cracks. There were some holes missing but not a big deal because it was very soft and easy to drill through. It came pretty banged up with some scratches but Still looked okay. The hinges for the roof are impossible to line up because there are no holes drilled so it's difficult to figure out where to drill the holes so that the roof will close.I gave a 4 star because of the difficulty figuring out.

Purrfect for outdoor kitties
The media could not be loaded. I got this in the summer when I was taking care of kittens before they were adopted. The two levels was nice and I like the ability to slide out the floors for cleaning. I usually kept the main side door open because some of them didn’t like the window flaps, but now that I just have a few neighborhood tomcats they don’t mind the flaps at all and often will sit in there and eat the food i set inside. This has been outside for almost a full year in all kinds of weather and has held up incredibly well. the only issue i had in assembly was my own drill use for attaching the roof opening hinges so they have kind of started to be a little loose, but I open it daily to check if food is eaten so i just need to get a longer drill piece to actually work at the angle needed. Instructions were great.

Honest review
Ease of build/instructions: B-Does list the items/parts and has labels on all. Instructions need some tweeking as they are mostly visual. Do need a Phillips screw driver and drill to assemble.Quality: CI ordered new so going by that standard. I'm not sure the one I received was new as it was scuffed and white was dirty. I will say it's not heavy and we will see how sturdy it is. We are testing it under an open sided lean to. We took a half pallet and screwed T18 siding (left over) for it to sit on and used L brackets to secure it. Also, not real filmsy but not real sturdy. Since we live in FL, concerns on how it will hadle our monsoon season and a hurricane.Speed of delivery: AWas here in 2 days!Design: BGreat design as it has a roof that predators can't wait on, two entrance/exists, windows. However, for smaller cats. Over 12 lbs-ish or large frame cat is not going to get it door.Cat approval. TBDSince we just put it together.Price: BGot it on sale. I'd you don't have time to build from scratch or not handy its a deal. If you are handy and can self build, not so much.

Love this cute cat house for my outdoor cats.
We needed a cat house to keep the cats out of the wind and cold during the cold Utah winters. This is awesome. It has space for 2 adult cats, more if the cats are willing to snuggle. What I love:-Looks nice against our back of the house. Does not look out of place or trashy.-2 entrances/exits3- weather resistant roof etc.Modifications: Since we get down in the freezing temps. Just ideas for others who may need some.I did some additional modifications such as caulking all the major interior cracks to keep cold air out. I also added remnant carpet padding and carpet for added warmth and comfort. ( you should easily be able to purchase carpet and pad remnants at any local carpet supplier. More likely they'd probably just give you two 18x18 inch pieces that are going in the garbage anyway. To top it off I purchased two 18x18 130 degree F cat heating mats on Amazon which work great. The top on has to be folded underneath itself a bit where the access hole is. Also if you add carpet etc. like me, you will notice that the bottom door won't swing open without catching on the carpet. So you can see I left a small gap without carpet and pad.If it doesn't get below freezing then you may not want to add all these modifications, but it works well.Last night it was about 30 degrees and with me modifications I think it stayed around 45 degrees. The cats are out of the wind which is the biggest issue and can comfortably stay inside the house until the sun comes up.Even as is, this is a great cat house! A+
