I have been suffering with my neck and shoulders pain for years. I used to tried another product in the past but it wasn’t comfortable as it needed to wear under armpit. This one is really stretchy and comfortable. It really works!! My neck and shoulders pain were relieved and also help correcting my posture. Moreover, the customer services is very helpful when I told them I thought the X/L size might be a bit too big, they sent me the smaller size (without returning) very quick.

I am 1,70 and it's too short for me

Found it a little bit fiddley to put on at first, but once on I noticed a difference with first use . I haven't worn it as often as I should but will start as it is comfortable and I feel my back is straight when on .

I am a baker professionally so I spend about 10 hours a day slightly bent forward which has been terrible on my upper back right along the spine. Over the years pain has become worse and worse. I also have a handful of spinal birth defects, and an injury mid-spine. I’m also quite busty, so basically my spine is screwed!I am wearing this support for the second time right now. It offers instant relief to the spine, holds the shoulders back, not too firmly, but is adjustable to how much pull you want.Adjusting it the first time is tricky. The whole unit seems like it’s going to be way too small and there’s a lot of pullback when you’re sizing it. It’s probably easier to let someone help you with the initial set up, but I am stubborn. Once you put it on though, it really works. The shoulder strap tabs are attached with Velcro to the under the bust band. Once you set the shoulder straps to the desired length all you have to worry about is the under bust one. You put it on like a camping backpack. Over the shoulders, the do you the chest strap. I will wear a tight shirt under it to keep it from being directly on my skin. It hides extremely well under clothing as well.Someone complained that the back panel isn’t rigid. It’s not supposed to be. I think it looks that way because it’s a heavily stressed part of the brace so it’s reinforced. All of the support comes from the straps realigning your shoulder position and your body does the rest. If you’re looking for a rigid rod type of splint, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for support and pain relief in the upper back and shoulder area, this thing is great!
