These are an essential piece of cake decorating kit. Do easy to use, just place them either side of your Sugarpaste, marzipan, biscuit dough or pastry, select the thickness you want by placing these so the are taller for a thicker roll or flatter for a thinner 3mm result which is my preference for Sugarpaste. Place your rolling pin on top of the guides and roll. 3mm or 6mm evenly rolled Sugarpaste achieved.Simple, quick and easy to use and good value.

This is good if you want a good thick icing, not so good if you want it a bit thinner though. I’ve given it 5 stars as it’s a good quality product, but it is far to thick for my personal taste.
