Great rod for great price.
This thing is a champ. For the price, it's definitely worth it for a combo setup. Did well against big cats and striped bass. Be careful with the amount of weight you use and how you cast cuz you can definitely snap the rod tip but aside from that, this rod was very durable and the coloring looks nice vs most rod, which are very dull and bland with black. The rod is light. 9ft rod with decent reel.

Nice combo
This is a keeper its tall and line goes out smooth as silk. I love the fact that it was prespooled with good color matching line took it out and caught what looked to be a nice size catfish but as it got close to the bank it fell off the hook was my fault didn't set hook right, but over all I am happy with it wish it came in another color I'd get that one too. Good buy

No problems here. Materials are tough and flexible. Good weight. Used for catfish. Recommended. Will update review if anything new comes up.

I got this for my son for Christmas. We've used it a handful of times and he caught 1 fish that was maybe 7 pounds with it. He was reeling in his weight and hook, and the crank handle snapped off of the reel. I looked in the reviews, and this has happened to other people as well. Don't waste your money on this combo. Whats sad is that it feels like a decent rod.
