This chair is well-made, extremely easy to put together and it's comfortable. I am in my 60s and I did not have to pay someone to put this chair together for me. if you have some physical challenges, I would recommend you get someone to assist you, please know you do not need no tools.I could not find the power cords. Therefore, I contacted the seller. They responded to me within an hour of my email to them; letting me know the cords were under the base of the chair.I could not believe the quick response, it is not often you send an email and you get a response within an hour. In addition, they reached out to me asking did I have any issues with the assembly, and to send them a picture of the chair to make sure it was put together the right way. Not bad fit for her frail frame good. Works good could use more padding. but you never know if when they are 100 yr old if they are trying to make you feel good about what you did for them. It does feel that you should use more padding and size is not going to fit a 5'10 or bigger person.but quality seems to be there so far... My syblings are happy , some feel its got a lot of good features as far as control. Her old one for hushband has been reworked several times control wise. But had two motors and larger size. She dint know what to Think about the drink holders but every time I go by she is using them. LOL, Itried it myself giving the sturdy award it will do / does her her good.

This is a really nice chair and very easy to assemble. The plug in the back needs to be perfected. It comes apart some times if the cord gets moved at all. But all in all it really is a great chair for the money, and relatively comfortable. The color is more of a golden yellow, like sunflower instead of yellow, but it's a pretty color.

The media could not be loaded.  If you buy this chair, you will receive two boxes. I like this recliner because it uses a piece of density cotton instead of crushed cotton. It really can provide support, as the website said. My body remains very comfortable. Its shape and design may care more about comfort than appearance. If you want the whole person to fall into the seat, this lift chair may not suit you. Because the seat will lose support only when it is filled with crushed cotton or plastic particles, but this sofa I bought provides support. This was approved by my family doctor who loved this after visiting the home and decided to order for himself The curve protruding from the back is very close to the back spine. When I lay down by the remote control, I almost fell asleep.Its remote control needs to be plugged in, and no additional battery is required. The lifting button is on the right armrest after sitting down. But it is equipped with two plugs. If there is only one socket on the wall of your home, you may need to buy a large mobile power supply or power strip.The massage remote control has multiple buttons that can independently control different intensities, modes, massage positions, and timers. The only problem is that there are many functions. It may take you time to understand all the functions. Please note that it is a vibration massage function, not an air cushion massage. It has a heating function but needs to be more obvious. It is only slightly hot. In summer, you can turn it off with a red button.We used to worry that attaching the back to the seat might cause problems because some there are prongs seems will prevent it. Please forget it. Push the backrest onto the seat until it clicks. There should be no gap between the chair's backrest and the seat. If you encounter problems during installation, you can contact the seller. We had to return this power lift recliner due to being able to feel the coils thru the padding on the chair. The refund for the chair was fast and easy. No hassle whatsoever.

As far as lifting, it works as described, as far as comfort… this chair leaves a lot to desired…It is very uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time… the back does recline to a flat position, unfortunately the footrest doesn’t follow… it only raises your feet halfway up.This makes for an uncomfortable laying posture. The foot rest also leaves your legs terribly unstable…For almost $1,000 I think they could have made this a much more comfortable chair… it seems as though they designed it to lift 350 pounds but the chair was designed for a 200 pound person to be comfortable. My son who is 235 lbs. also is very uncomfortable in sitting or laying positions…I would pass on this chair if you are looking for any type of consistent comfort…It was designed to pick you up and put you down… without any thought of comfort while sitting or laying in it.
