Used a handful of times and welds are still holding

Day after purchase I read the instructions on how to season this griddle. Followed instructions and ok ready to use. Fired it up and started to heat up, before reaching a temperature suitable to fry on I hear a pop and the griddle almost jumped off the grill and launched my peppers and onions off griddle. The back right corner is now 3 inches off of the grill. It warped from the front left corner to the back right corner. Totally unusable and it never got up to 350 degrees. The next day the griddle is back to its normal shape. I will not try it again because of the force that it popped. I will not recommend this to anybody. It’s a shame because it feels well built, very heavy and I couldn’t wait to use. Price point was very affordable compared to other options. It’s on the way back.

Heat distribution is ok for material it is.

Heats up very evenly. Good for making smash burgers, hash, home fries. I enjoy experimenting to see what I can cook now because of this very useful & handy pan.

Purchased the product for use on a gas grill as well as a gas cooktop stove. Box did not include any instructions for curing or any use material. Placed the griddle on a gas cook top with pilot lights lit only.Within minutes the griddle warped at the location of the heat source and 2 small recesses were created.Days later griddle was used on a gas grill and became severely by over an inch warped corner to corner. Upon cooling unit was thrown in the dumpster because I would not waste my time to clean it in order to send it back. I would not recommend this product.

It doesn't work good at all it beens up and down.

This was a great purchase. Heavy stainless steel and we'll Maud. Welds are very good. Cleans well. Highly recommend.

Significant warp after one use. Unit arrived flat (as it should be). Used once...1 1/2" warp - right front edge 'shot up' with a bang and only got worse the hotter it got, making it impossible to really cook on it. I submitted a video and pics but was told my review didn't meet community guidelines. A bit perplexed. Hopefully this will pass muster. Will update after replacement arrives. Wouldn't recommend given first use.UPDATE: replacement warped too. Pure garbage would not recommend anyone buying. Seller can keep the money… Hopefully they use it to redesign this pile of junk.
