When i got the package and opened it,got to admit i was a bit disappointed. it looked smaller than i had pictured-blade was about the length of a normal knife, but somehow i had it pictured as larger. Anyhow, i wanted to try it and i had a huge bone-in pork roast thst was cold and firm. Let me say-never in my life have I ever encountered something as sharp as this! it cut through the stiff roast and through the end of the stiff cartilage at the end of the bone so easily that i was in shock. i then tried a paper thin cut of the roast…it was so easy and far far beyond what my first impression by sight of it was. i am going to buy more and give them away as gifts! no other knife i have is even remotely as good. i hope it holds the edge! fully 5 stars. i’d give it 6 if i could!
