Great. I use it for period relief mostly. Works just as fast and effective as the name brand, just cheaper.The cap came busted on arrival so the anti-child tamper couldn't work but fortunately for me I keep the bottle stashed away and it still had a usable under-cap. Just a heads up it may come smashed if delivered in the Amazon paper envelope.

I have absorption issues with a lot of medications, because of a health condition I won't go in to, so I try to get "gelcap" type pills whenever I can because they are easier/faster absorbed. For whatever reason, acetaminophen doesn't seem to be available in gelcap form anywhere in US markets so we are stuck with the stupid "laser drilled holes" which may be a little quicker than conventional pills that are formed on a 10 ton press, but not like a gelcap. Seriously, why to they need to be SO hard?These caps, however, are much faster dissolving even without the laser hole gimmick. They seem to be almost a loose powder held together by a thin coating that survives just long enough to give you a smooth swallowing experience and then dissolving immediately upon contact with stomach acid. I know this because of experiments with dissolving them in water versus others. These infact will dissolve into water even quicker than kirkland ibuprofen gelcaps.Anyway, I know its weird leaving reviews of something as trivial as acetaminophen but when you have issues like mine it becomes one of those stupid little things that shouldn't be important, but are. These just work....fast......and at a good price point.
