I used every single one of these balloons. Some in a balloon garland and some I put glow sticks in and threw them on the ground. They are easy to blow up and tie. The Blue and Purple ones didn’t glow very much at all but the others looked amazing.

I bought this package to get the black and white balloons and they were great! I liked them much better than I expected. However, the amount of solid balloons was much less than I expected. If you are going to do a balloon arch and just want to accent with dot ones, then you need to order another pack of solid neon. However if you want to use mostly the dotted ones, then you should have enough. Also, the dotted ones blow up much bigger than solid.

My grandson and myself filled the balloons with water and placed them outside to see if they would glow in the dark. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. They did not glow in the dark. What a waste!

As expected…looked good under the black light. No issues with holes or anything like that. Taking one star off because the chemical smell was so overwhelming that we had to open the windows. The smell dissipated quickly after the balloons were inflated.

Good quality. Used them all for a nice balloon arch.

I bought almost 400 for a party with the expectation that would glow like the photos. They did not. They glowed if the black light was shining directly on them but in general they were a disappointment. The first pic in my review shows them with the black light shining directly on them, the second and third shows them in normal operation.

I had an area in a haunted trail to decorate and these were a cheep cool addition to my clown area. They were easy to blow up and did not pop easily. They work really well under the blacklight. I will definitely use them again next year!
