Yet, hair is growing in those spots just like peach fuzz! So I feel it’s a good kickstart before I start my 5% minoxidil oil. Very great product.My ONE CON: I struggle to swallow these. They float no matter the medium or amount of the medium. So I now just crack them open and quickly drink water🤣. I wish they had this available as a tub of powder. But then again the measured aspect is better and I actually don’t mind continuing to do what I’m doing because it’s just that good. Im going to continue to use it even with the minoxidil. BTW. The black particles are not anything bad. It’s purely from the oxidation of the ingredients. You’d think someone would’ve googled it but I digress.

When I first ordered these, I was doubted that they would work. Was I ever wrong. My nails are growing now, not splitting and looking healthy. I had a hard time growing my nails since they would crack and split, but I believe they are even stronger now and they are holding their shape. I am planning on ordering another bottle so I do not run out. I would recommend them. Even though they are quite large, I do not have a problem swallowing them.

This product has helped me is so many ways then one, my nails are stronger, my hair is fuller and my skin feels so good and less broke out and I highly recommend this product to every woman out there!

My first order placed a few months ago was fine. All of the capsules were filled with a light colored powder. However, I’m not comfortable with my second order.
