Well, it does not cool your back but yes, it cools your neck and face, bit noisy I suppose and vibratty.

Hi. Wanted to tell you that I ordered these 2 shoulder fans and the first order came without the charger of its fan and the second fan was of white color though I ordered dark green. I applied for return and exchange of both products but it has no return policy. Pathetic service. Would never recommend to buy this

Even if shows good reviews, as of 11th August 2023, the product I received is used and damaged product. The box shows wear and tear and its not a sealed box at all. Save yourself from agony and wastage of time, don't buy.

I don't like it, very noisy, no air coming from the neck part and the air is less than i expected.i don't advice this product. if your in menopause purchase a good one.
