I wear a ladies 8 1/2 shoe. I was unsure which size to order. I ordered the large because I didn't want it too tight. I had to return it for the medium. It fits perfectly.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and at times, it can be unbearable (most recently it has been the worst ever). Working at a hospital, I’m always walking and bending down or squatting. I needed to find some relief after long days ASAP! I stumbled upon this product and decided to give them a try. I put them in the freezer to let it get cold and get a bit icy and then took them out and put them on. My feet love these!! They are comfortable and easy to manipulate if needed. You can also heat these up if you want to. Anywho, I’m so glad I found these. I wear a size 9 in women shoes and I got the medium.

Update 2/14/24 I had surgery on my other foot and am still using these and still love them! They have held up great!I bought these prior to having foot surgery. My surgery included incisions on both sides of my foot and the top of my foot, so I wanted something that would ice all of the areas at the same time. I wear size 7 1/2 womens shoes but I ordered the large size incase I needed them to fit over the wound dressings along with swelling. I'm glad I did, they were comfortable to wear for icing my swollen foot. When my foot returned to its regular size these were of course a little big for me but still extremely effective in icing my foot. You definitely don't want a tight fit.I couldn't be happier with this product! One suggestion that I used from a previous review which worked great...I shoved a pair if socks into the toe area and one in the ankle area before freezing to maintain the shape once frozen.

I work long hours on my feet and needed something after work to sooth my feet. I love these, however my only complaint is that they do not stay cold very long.

Smart idea but you must put something inside to keep its shape so you can get your foot in. I fought with this boot trying to pry it open after placing in the freezer then tried stuffed a hand towel inside to keep its shape and that seemed to do the trick. Smart idea !

I got these as occasionally I have longer than usual days spent on my feet on concrete floors. Those days come in clusters of two or three in a row, and I learned caring for my feet before bed makes a huge difference.While these freeze well, and slide on easily, they weigh a lot more than I expected, are awkward and bulky, and there’s no inner lining so socks must be worn to prevent tissue damage. Some of the seams feel a little sharp against sensitive skin.They also don’t stay cold as long as another type I’ve purchased.In the end, I’ve kept these as a backup to my favorite other type, which is a sock with pockets for frozen inserts.While I wouldn’t say these were a waste of money, they also didn’t work as well as I’d hoped.

It feels like heaven as soon as you slip into these ice boots. Don't think twice, buy them!

If you like super cold try the freezer.. I couldn’t handle the cold so tried the fridge.. very nice after 17 hour shift on my feet all day..
