Bought for 81year old man with limited mobility and hearing difficulties. Phone handset has large, easy to use buttons. Screen is easy to read. Volume (ring tone and listening) is brilliant for hard of hearing folk plus flashing light for incoming calls. Can be left on its base to use hands free by touching one, easy to identify, button. Four large ‘picture’ buttons give user easy access to dial a ‘frequently’ used number or emergency number - saves having to scroll through phone book. Can’t fault this phone so far. Has far more functions than needed but so what! Had a little difficulty setting the settings but easy enough if you’re used to having a smart phone! Just needs concentration. I am really pleased with this phone.

Bought this for my elderly parents who are both hard of hearing, sight and have arthritic hands.ProsIt has a very loud ringer that can be heard by my hard of hearing parents over a loud TV and through a closed internal door. Great.Speed dial buttons are useful for arthritic hands and reduces the need for awkward flicking through address books when in a hurry or an emergency.ConsThe buttons on the main key pad are a bit smaller however and are prone to sticking if pressed too hard or in the wrong way by clumsy fingers.This results in the dial tone being absent and the phone unable to be used as the phone thinks you are still in the middle of dialing out.

An excellent piece of kit if anyone you know is sadly suffering with dementia; one button dialling for four favorite numbers - just put a name and a photograph on the buttons also, adjustable volume to cater for those with less than perfect hearing.

I purchased this for my elderly nan as I wanted an easy to use , good quality sounding phone. The sound is distorted and the worst quality ever. I have tried to contact the seller but no reply. Very sad as I just wanted to make a 93 year old lady’s life a bit easier to stay in touch.

Bought for elderly people who are very hard of hearing. I thought the extra boost function and loud ringer would help. Whilst the ringer works ok, the boost function just distorts the sound. Even I with perfectly good hearing had trouble understanding what was said. Returned it straight away. Might work ok as a normal phone but don't be fooled by the boost function. Would have given it 1 star but looks like Amazon won't let me.

Nice clear numbers,large print on screen andfairly easy to set up. I had a little difficulty getting the additional handsets to register,instructions could have been clearer, perhaps pictures would have helped. Great to be able to turn up volume so able to hear caller. Plenty of tunes to choose for ringing and adjustable volume.

A little tricky to set up, good loud ring but when talking on the phone had a loud tin sound which I found annoying but my parents who are both hard of hearing and wear hearing aids found the sound quality annoying to say the least.
