Bosch not honouring warranty due to lack of serial no on Amazon’s invoice.
Bosch e-warranty is activated via their BeConnected app.Invoice has to uploaded. It specifically mentions that the warranty is subject to invoice verification with S/N and tool number mentioned on both the invoice and tool.In spite of emailing 2 times and calling them, Bosch team has not reverted and it’s left me with a bad taste of what to expect when availing warranty.Amazon is refusing to help unless Bosch reverts on this matter with an email reply.So, I’m left in the middle ground like a beggar trying to reach both of them. I gave up now.Additionally, it’s only a replacement item and cannot be returned.Please buy from your local Bosch dealer with a proper invoice.Their tools are amazing but in the future, I’ll buy them only from a physical dealer with proper invoicing.Amazon services are disappointing sometimes..
