The product is awesome. More than what I expected 👍😊Had some shipping issues (packages in rough shape, pieces missing, no instructions), ......out of the companies control (we'll blame FedEx) but the company went above & beyond to make everything correct. I'd purchase from here again if I have to.

Not sure what the guy with all the rules is talking about, I have never built anything bigger than an IKEA dresser in my life and I built this with a china crescent wrench, beat up Bosch drills and the tools this came with. I learned some things as I went (when screwing the support beams together, make sure you get them lined up and screwed tight) and did it all by myself. My wife helped hold the long sides while I connected the shorter sides.The instructions weren’t bad, had to think about what it was asking me to do a little bit but it’s not the worst I’ve read.I built it solo over 3 days, the top was the worst part because the black roof just absorbs heat, I wore gloves putting all of that stuff together during the day time.Really enjoying it now, great price and it feels very sturdy.

I opened it all up and all hardware is missing. I had to go buy hundreds of dollars worth of hardware to put it together. I contacted Yoleny and they apologized for the inconvenience. I sent them pics of all my receipts for all the hardware and they credited me back what I spent plus a little extra. The pavilion is beautiful. Well made and heavy. We are getting alot of compliments on it. After initially being very upset over the missing hardware, I'm glad I bought this one. Thanks again Yoleny for making this right. Great customer service.

Directions could have been better. Roof bolts on top were a little difficult to reach and tighten. BUT, it is exactly like the pictures on line! Stunning, gorgeous. The wood and metal marry up perfectly! Price is right for the quality. Very happy.

I wanted a good-looking Gazebo but did not want to pay the thousands of dollars to have one custom built. I also did not want one of the cheesy looking double roof ones. I looked and looked and finally pulled the trigger on this one.I am just going to give you the facts.DO NOT ATTEMPT PUTTING THIS TOGETHER WITHOUT POWER TOOLS.#1 this is an incredible deal.#2 The packaging is horrible…and I am surprised it made it here without damage.#3 The instructions are horrible and hard to follow, you will be backing out some bolts multiple times…so do not tighten them until you are close to done and level.#4 You must have a 7 out of 10 in construction knowledge to even attempt to put this together.#5 You must have great tools. I used DeWalt 20V drills, ratchet drivers, sockets, wrenches, etc. Also, you must have a step stool and a 6 foot good ladder.#6 I got ½ way done and realized my unit was missing 4 critical pieces. It took 7 days. Fed Ex direct from China. Customer care was great.#7 The wood looked kind of cheap, so I stained the entire thing with an oil-based stain from Home depot Dark Walnut. Looks great now.#8 It took me over 2 days (About 15 hours total) to put it together by myself. There will be lot of swearing, and do not have your wife help you if you want to keep her as a wife. The end result was well worth it. The unit is strong and gorgeous. It was all worth it. I knew what I was getting into, because a friend of mine warned me of everything I listed above. Do not attempt to assemble this in one day… Do NOT tighten the bolts until the end. Again….all of my negatives that I listed should NOT shy you away from this product. The end result is stunning. It looks like I invested $5000 or more. I hope this helps someone.

Did not like the open roof on the ends. I closed it in with fence boards. Instructions were easy to follow. I did it all my self. Everything fit perfectly. Just leave bolts loose until all put together.

The product is relatively well built and assembly was not difficult if you are knowledgeable about construction. It was shipped in 4 packages which did not arrive together. In addition, packaging was flimsy and did not hold up to the shipper's rough handling. Roof edge pieces were missing and it's been a month with still no replacements. Its been over a month and customer service keeps indicating they have been ordered and will notify us of tracking number.

The instructions were clear and correct, we had it built in the time suggested, all the parts fit nicely. Turned out great!
