It only makes enough for about 4 people so if you need more then get 2 bags. I had sausage and chicken for mine.

Best I've found outside of Louisiana! Made it with shrimp and smoked sausage and wow!! There is soo much flavor!! Ill never buy zatarain again!

This jambalaya mix is delicious, as expected of any Southern Boyz product. The seasoning is great and it was easy to prepare. My only complaint is that the package advertises that it has peppers, etc. and I expected some freeze-dried vegetables in the packet. It's only rice and seasoning, which makes it a little overpriced for the quantity in the package. We barely had enough for my husband and me, along with an extra serving as leftovers. We also ordered the seasoning and would have had better results had we used the seasoning we purchased, our own rice, and then added other ingredients to make it a better and more plentiful finished dish. We added Conecuh sausage and chicken to ours, as well.
