Nice pet waterer but with a major issue...... gives ones dog a good source of water and keeps their face dry so no more soggy licks or kisses. Problem is that water tube is too long so that the small amount that enevitably drips while pet drinks misses catch bowel and ends up in your floor. Be sure to include a waterproof mat with your purchase. Also, water capacity is small and may not last very long for medium to larger breeds

When I realized my dog wasn't getting water from his bottle like I thought, I tried to see if there was anything I could do to loosen the nozzle without the water dripping out or to move the ball and ball spring around to make the water come out better. But no matter what, it would get stuck everytime and my poor, thirsty dog would have to bark whenever he wanted to drink, for me to loosen the nozzle screw so that water would flow out. this was meant for him to have water when we were not home, so it totally defeats the purpose and ended up back with a messy water bowl again. Soon after I bought this product, I tried to contact the company who took weeks to respond, only to end up ignoring my issue. I've been meaning to write this review for a long time, but just got around to it now. Very dissatisfied with my interaction with the seller and the product I received. I have to order another bottle that hopefully does what its supposed to do, dispense water!!

It leaks - constantly. I have filled it twice in the last 10 hours, since it was delivered earlier today, and it is frustratingly terrible. My poor guinea pigs are wet and not impressed, and I now have to try to figure out how to attach their old bottle, which seems basically impossible.

I just got this and it leaks. Just a steady slow drip. I’ve tried to tighten the metal spigot on the end and still a drip! If this didn’t have the leak it would be exactly what I was looking for. My small dog drips water from his beard all over the house. This worked perfect to avoid that except that it leaks into the bowl and then he drinks it from there and doesn’t solve my problem at all!!

1. I didn’t know how tall the stand would be, it doesn’t describe it anywhere, just how large the box will be. This dropper and stand are only large enough for maybe a chihuahua or a yorkie. I tried to use it for a medium cockapoo and it’s much much too short. He already uses a dripper but he’d have to lay down for this one to reach up and drink. They can’t drink from a dripper if their head isn’t at least slanted up some.2. It’s very unsteady. The bowl is light and could be knocked over easily when the bar and dripper are on it. The dripper - which at its tallest position is only tall enough for a small animal - drips way way too much water at a time. I can’t imagine a small animal would be able to drink it without feeling like they are drowning or choking. Our dripper did fit on the stand, but again, it’s too short, even if I put it on the box it came in and weigh it down so it doesn’t fall over. I’m trying to make it work but I think I’ll be returning it.

Our cat always wants to drink out of our straws, so we bought one of these 3 years ago, he loves this thing, we noticed the metal coming off the metal part so we replaced it. He loves his water bottle.

Wanted a water source that would be less messy for my cats. This is a good idea but it drips constantly and bottle empties fairly quickly. My cats just drink from the drips in the bowl. Also refilling is a real chore. Should be able to open the top of the bottle without having to remove it from the post. I realize it probably was made for small animals but if the post were taller, the bottle bigger (and easier to refill) it would be a good idea. I started to return it because it didn't seem worth the price but it sort of works.

It's ok. Doesn't fill from the top so you have to take off each fillup. I have multi dogs I am filling it 10x a day. No size made for multiple small dog use. Not overly steady.

The media could not be loaded.  My Shih Tzu puppy would rather drink out of the bottle than the bowl.I prefer he does as he doesn't get his facial hair wet and get water all over the floor.

The bottle did not work because the ball sticks and the dog can't get any water.
