I have been taking Sinutol for a few months. I like the taste and feel that it helps my sinuses.

There is another brand Sinatrol that it's easy to mistake the name. Oh well, I gave this a try, and even though I could taste the eucalyptus and lemon, it didn't seem to knock out my symptoms very well. I wouldn't recommend it, but go with other name instead.

Best vitamin to take with Vitamin C to avoid getting sick.

These help to shorten the severity and duration of my sinus infection

I had trouble sleeping first night so I temporarily stopped. May try again. Unclear if ingredients are essential oils which are very concentrated. Would like to know because they may be too strong for me.
