Good product, I started taking it when some food was too heavy for me, in reality this happened very often even if I tried to improve my meals, so I started taking it daily along with the good flora and today I have approx. 1 week without taking and I'm still fine. It does its job.

Great for pooping!
These will make you poop when you follow the directions and that's the purpose. These work very well for your digestive tract and when you need to go to the bathroom. My relatives seems to like these because it helps them and it's healthy. They have a well balance cycle, now. This is like the 3rd or 4th time we order, so we can say they work!Also, if you have fiber issues, these might not help. One of my relatives try to use this for that but it left him constipated. Go to the DOCTOR for that! He got a strange fiber problem so it's not related to his diet.Idk why it ask for pain relief? I guess, it helps remove the pain of pooping cramps, since you would go to the bathroom on the clock!Overall: Worth it!
