This is perfect for our requirements, elderly mother in annexe needs assistance night and day, she just presses the button, and I can respond quickly from the other side of the house. A great relief and means I can get on with other things without worry, or having to keep checking on her. The volume can be adjusted too, which is good as it kept making me jump. Is easy to set up too.

These were a life saver when caring 24/7 for a relative. The loud door bell type ring was ideal as we could hear it all over the house. The signal reached to the back of our garden easily 30 foot away. We didn't use the cord though, we used a safety pin and attached to his pyjamas pocket so he could easily locate the alarm buzzer. This device eased a lot of anxiety on both sides when we had to leave our relatives side to attend to cooking etc. Really easy to set up straight from receiving. An excellent purchase!

Peace of mind for patient and caregiver! Can even get alerted when down the garden and the alarm is activated from indoors. No need to be on edge constantly checking if assistance is needed. No need to keep an ear out and stay close at hand at all times just in case help is required. Freedom to get on and less worry! Only wish I knew about this item long before now! Highly recommended.

Simple, inexpensive solution for an elderly relative, being cared for by family members, to raise an alert for supervision or assistance! Bought a few months ago following a fall, and so far has proved to dramatically reduce the risk of such an accident occurring again! Changed the single 'ding-dong' doorbell 'chime' to a continuous 'bleep'....well actually the sound, if not stopped, runs for about 15 to 20 seconds before eventually stopping! But long enough to alert or even wake 'family carer' to attend to the 'users' needs!

Very effective and easy to use. There are three alarm sounds but the only one suitable for patient/family use sounded like a front door bell. This can be confusing when medical staff and carers are calling 3 to 6 times a day.Would suggest that the supplier/manufacturer provide more suitable alternative sounds. Other than that fine.

My wife is bedridden having recently been discharged from hospital and this enables her to alert me if she needs anything. The range is good even to the end of the garden. The default ring tone is like the doorbell but is easily to change from a selection of alternatives. Great price and fast delivery.
