In my and my necks opinion these posture pumps work great. It get my spine back in alignment.

I have a bad neck. The kind of bad neck that goes out EVERYTIME I pick up something more than 7lbs. I have tried lots of gimmicky things out of desperation. I have disc issues and a reversed curve. I won't do surgery. I bought this and used it immediately. It worked. My neck has been aching for two weeks and I've used so many things to loosen the tension and this did it. I was totally skeptical because well.. it's plastic and it is expensive and it's on amazon.. but it worked!

I bought this to help with forward head posture, dowagers hump, and to possibly help with this odd problem of waking up with my shoulders up by my ears. I received it two weeks ago today, and could only pump it 2 times with a count of 20 at the max. Now I'm up to 5 pumps and 15 minutes with 1 or 2 times of releasing the air and immediately pumping it up again. I had a check-up with my chiropractor and he likes the posture pump, so that was good. I still wake up with a sore spine, but that may just be the need to move and get the synovial fluid moving. I'm hoping it continues to help with this odd problem of sleeping like a hunchback, and hope to update my review. It feels great after I use it on my shoulders and back and neck, but I do not notice a difference in the hump yet. However, it is only two weeks. Oh, yesterday I overdid it a bit, and got nauseated. I can only imagine that I stretched out the spine where nerves go to the stomach area. Go slow!

Don't have to go to the chiropractor as much! Such a money saver!

Horrible product, and the strap I received is hot glued and doesn’t work right. For over $200 your factory is making low quality, unusable products without clear instructions.

I really wanted to keep this item but... after receiving this item my FSA decided it wasn't eligible and I had to return it or pay for it out of pocket. FSA even froze my card.

My chiropractor recommended this. It's super easy to use.

I had extreme pain radiating down my arm. I have a bone spur aggravating the nerves (c5/c6) in my neck. After a week the difference in pain level was noticeable. It’s a high price point for a piece of equipment that seems cheaply made (just plastic) but it worked so I guess it’s worth the cost, right?
