This item comes in pieces that need assembly. Unfortunately, there are no instructions. I did find some instructions at Desertcart. I had problem putting it together using the instructions. There are two different tubes -- one short and one long. According to the instructions, you should be able to screw the short tubes to the base. I don't know if they included the wrong tubes, but there is no way to do that -- too wide for the screws. The longer tubes are correctly machined so you can attach them using the screws. I ended up with the long screws on the bottom with the shorter screws on top -- the opposite of the picture. I deducted a star for the hassle of assembly.
