Got these for my husband and I. He used his for barbecuing dinner most of the time. In winter here in Oregon, it gets dark at 4:30pm, so we always need a flashlight. The motion sensor is pretty great. But I move around too many things with my head so I don’t use it much but I do like it when I do.It’s very bright to human eyes. Like, you don’t want to have it on when you’re talking with someone face to face, or close proximity.The buttons are kinda hard to find-I think that’s my only real gripe. They feel a lot like the rest of the headset so I fumble a lot trying to turn it off when I’m going to go talk to someone real quick. But I'm getting used to where there buttons are (the power button and the motion sensor are the only buttons and they are right next to each other, but not very raised up and are part of the rubber that goes around there rest of the headlamp-it's all one piece and real smooth. I think being all one piece is good for the durability, I just wish it was maybe more textured or raised up). I really like this product when I’m fixing up my “cat forts”. I can squeeze in there with my head and one arm and the broad/band light covers everything! And so nice not to have to use my only hand that fits to hold a flashlight. Much better than my lantern, it’s really convenient! It’s like daylight in there!It’s not as illuminating as the commercials/ads are tho, when in an open area. You can see really well with the lights across the headband, but only about 20 feet is real clear. After that it dissipates. The flashlight one is good too but just not as far as the ads show. They show a jogger at night that can see far ahead of them, and I pictured myself jogging with this item and it was maybe half of what the ads show. But it does show everywhere your eyes can see (peripherally) which is awesome!The band fits nicely and stays snug. It has two adjusters which I think helps it stay so tight in place. And I think it could easily fit over a hard hat or helmet. It stretches out twice the size of my head.It's comfortable. Very soft, not scratchy at all and it had never pulled my hair!! even when my hair is everywhere from digging around in the cat fort :D. This is a big deal when my 8 yr old daughter needs to use it. She doesn't like things on her head because of hair pulling when we take it off. And it fits her so well too-it can go pretty small. I just made it as small as it gets and measured with my 'Renpho' (amazing btw!) device and it says 16.95" circumference.. My head likes it at 19.55".The charge lasts a good amount. It's not gotten dim on me or flawed at all. It glows red when it starts to need a charge so when I'm done with using it, I just put it on the charger (I use any type-c I have, doesn't have to be the the exact one it came with like some items do, so that is nice too)Bottom line: I'd be really bummed if I lost it.My husband really likes his too. Never heard a complaint. His other headlamps are permanently hanging up now and he doesn't even like my new gadgets I get... But who could not like this thing? It's great! And he does use the motion sensor option. The few times I have used it, I really like how easy it is. You don't have to keep swiping your hand, it sees your hand easily the first time! That is really nice about it (but that's why I don't use it much, because my arms arm shaking out blankets and my head in and out of the cat fort opening XD)

Super lightweight and fit perfectly. Very light even that I think I doesn’t get to 1000 lumes. But 100% recommended. In my work I got to make sure trailers are hooked properly and is very annoying carrying a flash light with you. This will help alot just swiping my hand and boom instant light 💯

I purchased these headlamps to provide me light wherever I'm looking while working on my car. No more adjusting your light source position constantly to see. I like that these headlamps have an LED bar for close quarters (working on the car) and a long distance LED spotlight as well (hiking). The motion sensor for on/off works flawlessly. The battery life is decent, lasting about 2 hours but I haven't formally tested it. My only minor complaint is that the headlamp does not stay at the same brightness the whole time you are using it. After a few minutes, the headlight will slightly dim from the selected brightness setting. While it is still plenty of light to see, the only way to correct this is by turning the headlamp off then back on. For this minor frustration, 4/5.

Works great as advertised, battery life could be better but not bad. Motion detection goes off walking by randome objects so I used the power button. I'd by again.

These flashlights are awesome. Super bright and very comfortable on your head. I’m auto mechanic and tried a lot of different lights, I think this is my favorite. Build in battery is great feature. Love it.

I’m in construction and these will be the last pair of headlamp headset you will ever need. They are awesome. I bought them because I got tired of always having to change the batteries for my headlamp and sometimes I would need new batteries and wouldn’t have any in my work truck and I would be stuck trying to use my phone which sucked because I had to hold the phone with one hand and try to work with the other but these are rechargeable which saves the head ache of having to have the extra AAA batteries around just in case your batteries die. But they are rechargeable with a usb cable I like that the band is super comfortable on my head and it comes with a medium and high bright light. Also has a red and blinking read feature but I don’t use those. I’ve dropped them a few times and the light still works great so it’s nice that It’s impact resistant and also water proof. Over all easy to use great and convenient I would definitely recommend

My boys seemed to like this when they found it in their Christmas stocking. I have no idea if they will use it. But, they were impressed that i found this! :)
