Very Good Product and worth the priceGenerally it last for 8 to 10 months minimum (depends on usages), which is again worth considering priceThis one is my 2nd order in One MonthHeats up sufficient within 4 to 5 min, which is pretty well.Very good quality and soft outer material.Bag remain hot for about half an hour or little more, which is sufficient for normal requirement and to use for relief from pain.According to me this option is safer compared to Electric Pad or Hot water bag.This product is much better compared to other product which I have i.e. Hot Water Bag or Electric heating Pad Its Value for Money.Received product is of good quality and working well

Missing filling cap and loose water cap
I am very disheartened to say that there is missing of filling cap in the product and also it is non returnable.. this is how people are doing business by cheating and then keeping policy of non returnable.. great.. this will be my last purchase from you..Be cautious that if you cheat people, God will show you your face.

Good product.all you need is careful handling while using this.It will become extreme hot when you charge it.If you use as it is,will cause serious burns.Keep children away when you are supposed to use this.
