The consistency! It’s thick. Yuck. If you can get past that it’s a good product. I won’t say it helped with the dry mouth like there was a noticeable difference. But I will say it works great as a tongue scraper rinse and mouthwash.

This Oral B dry mouth rinse is the ONLY dry mouth rinse which moistens my mouth. I have tried others, but the others just try out my tongue worse than it already is. It's expensive but sure helps my dry mouth, especially when I get up during the night. Oral B is the only one I can recommend.

I bought this because of the good reviews, but sadly this didn't work for me. The liquid was oddly thick, which I did not like, but I thought maybe that would make the moisture last. It didn't. The moisture only lasted about 15 minutes after rinsing and spitting out so I didn't find the odd thickness worth it.

This is a great asset to your dental needs. I suffer from severe dry mouth especially closer to bedtime. Helpful hint..... Drink a cup of cool/cold water prior to using 10ml of rinse (directions say 15ml) It lasts for hours. Great product

This is by far my favorite dry mouth, no alcohol mouth wash. If you have Sjogren’s this is a MUST have. After just two days of using this (combined with xylitol mints) once in the morning and once before bed I have noticed a drastic difference in my persistent dry mouth. I would imagine if used another time mid day the results would be even better. If you are someone struggling with reoccurring swollen salivary and parotid glands this will help with that! :)
