I love these mixed into yogurt, spooned on top of oatmeal, baked into muffins and made into granola and healthy desserts.

I recently learned that Trader Joe’s has discontinued my favorite muesli. I was devastated. I was on the search to create my own recipe. I found this on Amazon and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The variety of nutritious and delicious ingredients is impressive and the freshness is visible. I successfully created a batch of muesli using this with some organic oatmeal and I can tell you it’s my new favorite. Almost makes me wish Trader Joe’s had discontinued their muesli sooner! I highly recommend.Although it is advertised as a snack mix, which I’m sure it would be wonderful just out of the bag, I can imagine this in a muffin or breakfast loaf. Scones even. Very yummy!

This is a killer food combination. There are a lot of berries here to provide a satisfying contrast to the nuttiness. And the hemp seeds just provide this soft texture that round this mix up.I brought this bag to Outside Lands and it got demolished by party-goers. It's the kind of food that health people go ape for. Only complaint was the flax seeds stick to teeth. Made it through 2 bags thus far, but this mix has not yet made it into my salad.It's worth pointing out that if you had all these items lying around, you could probably make this for less than $6 / a pound. However I think it's still a way better value than other snack foods, even at this price.Actually as a side note, there's another 5-seed mix I tried out which is a little too dense to eat directly, but ironically, I think would be the mix that makes an awesome salad topper.

This is 90% raisins. Gerbs used to be good. To be fair, most of this online stuff is mostly raisins. Must look elsewhere.

This was the new mix that I tried. Previously, I had purchased a similar super food mix with similar ingredients. This mix I am using now has added cherries, and goji berries. I just love this new mix. Of course, I love the previous mix too. I just can't seem to get enough of them. I put it on my salads and it livens them up. I will definitely recommend this mix to my friends and family. Its absolutely delicious!

My first time eating these they are great over ice cream as they are tiny and messy to eat but very good
