Electroplated, Micro-USB Solar Charger for All - Rose Gold

Bigger than what it looks like. I will try to attach a photo. The fact that it has built in usb and micro usb connections was important to me. You can charge it via two ports, micro and regular usb, which you are supposed to do at the get go, and then the solar is supposed to maintain the charge. I opened the box and left it lying on my bed. Cloudy day, early evening. I came back and one of the three solar lights had charged. Pretty impressive. We'll see how it goes. My phone is always running out of juice, so maybe this will get me through the day.

I got it because it seems like it would be functional for travel and hiking, but it doesn't charge. Cute, but the rose-colored metal is cheap looking.

It has never charged to above one bar despite leaving it in full sun for hours/days.

Wish it had something to connect directly to the new iPhones instead of using a cord. However, I bought this for a gift for my niece and she absolutely loves it. She said when she goes outside and sees the light turn green it makes her so happy. Five days before Christmas and her sister has now informed me that is what she wants for Christmas....oh well they are out of stock!
