I recently started Muay Thai and was introduced to the wonderful world of jump rope as a training staple. I grabbed this PVC rope, and it has been a fantastic partner in crime. It has a really nice, easy swing and feel to it, and the non-tangle feature is a legitimate lifesaver. I spend less time wrestling with a knotted mess and more time trying to look like I know what I'm doing. Adjusting the length was also super easy—I just snipped the ends on both sides for a perfect fit. A quick word of advice from someone who learned the hard way: wear shoes. Getting whipped on the toes by this rope is a uniquely painful experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Painful life lessons aside, it's become a core part of my daily routine. I use it for a 10 to 15-minute warm-up before every training session, and it's been brilliant for building my endurance. If you're looking for a solid, no-fuss jump rope to add to your fitness arsenal (and you value your toes), this is an excellent choice!

This is a nice rope. The quality is good it feels tough. It is fully adjustable and has plenty of extra rope to do that. The rope is thicker than it looks in the pictures which is nice for a beginner because you want that extra feedback. If I had to have a con I would say the price. I think around $15 would feel like a fair premium. It isn’t your run of the mill cheap rope but it also isn’t some super complicated fancy rope. I did contact them to ask them why their “Boxer Rope” is cheaper despite having a swivel head. The Boxer rope has swivel ends and a 5mm cord. This rope has no swivel heads and a 6mm rope. They said, believe it or not, after adding the swivel heads the core rope still ends up being slightly more expensive because of the 6mm rope. As for a beginner, they said both would be great for a beginner BUT the thicker rope and lack of swivels means this rope will provide slightly more feedback. So I went with this one. Overall it is nice and will probably last me awhile with the usual cord replacements every now and then.

Love it. Basic jump rope that I believe will last me a very long time. Exactly what I was looking for. I use it for martial arts warmups and cardio after lifting and no complaints. Worth the money. Things are getting over complicated and fancy and this is just simple and works.

Amazing jump ropes overtime got a lot better with them I love that you can change the height to your liking and also the quality feels really nice the handles feel okay because they feel like cheap plastic but overall there really nice for the price I think its a bang for your buck

Quality jump rope, the rope does not elongate as advertised which helps in performing rope tricks. It’s not as lightweight as a speed rope, but it feels sturdy.

I don’t leave reviews too often, but I can’t believe I’ve been suffering with the ropes I’ve been using before finding this one. This is THE jump rope. Was using a cable speed rope before this, while it worked, it was so hard to find that sweet spot of the flow. Hard to get that sense of timing, especially for tricks. This rope however has just the right amount of weight where you just fall right into the groove, tricks are easier and more satisfying. I use to box and spar a bit, jump rope is such a valuable exercise, but you need a good rope! Because without it jump rope isn’t as fun as it should be! This rope makes it fun again. If you’ve tried skipping rope and have only used speed ropes or weighted ropes, and didn’t find yourself liking it, I encourage you to try again! Get the right rope, it’s worth it! Extra tip* make sure you adjust the size well, a lot of people will recommend the rope too long, you want just the right amount of slack. Experiment with sizing, don’t just take peoples word for it, find what works for you.
