I’ve done the whole cheaper is better. You can by “x” pans for that price my whole life per se. I’ve used their pans of all sizes. LAST years and still non-stick. I go through the cheap chunk, putting Teflon in your food, pans for years. They last a few months in the $50 range. These last years. Just sayin’. Buy cheap junk. Get cheap junk.

I absolutely love these pans! They are very well made, contain no forever chemicals (PFAO/PFAS), very easy to clean, and cook evenly. The 12 inch pan is much larger than you think as the sides allow for more surface area comapred to traditional pans. They are well worth the money and belive Hestan has a life time guarentee on their pans which means the cost upfront will save you in the end!

I really appreciate the flush rivets as the pan is easier to keep clean.

I love how slick this pan is. I can cook eggs and basically just run hot water on the pan and it comes out 90% clean with no debris left. It holds onto heat nicely. It's not stainless steel and certainly not a cast iron, but it's got a great balance between heat conducting and heat holding.

Highly recommend these pans. They look and feel great. Love that they are dishwasher safe, so clean up is easy. The two sizes are perfect to cook a wide variety of meals.
