Why are these so pricy with the cheapest ingredient like margarine I will never order these again for the price it should have high quality ingredients I have finally tried every flavor in the package. Chocolate glazed donut: tastes like a stale dry cake. I don’t see how this can be considered chocolate glaze plus weird smell and aftertaste. Cinnamon roll: best out of all the flavors. The glaze is amazing, the brownie which I consider more of a moist cake consistency has no weird after taste and this is the one I would choose if I chose any of them to enjoy. Great breakfast and also tastes amazing with coffee Birthday cake. This one is ok but doesn’t remind me of birthday cake at all besides the sprinkles. Banana nut: no banana flavor at all, weird after taste. Peanut butter candy crunch: where is the peanut butter? Weird smell and aftertaste. Chocolate Cookie Monster: I would buy again, this one 100 percent reminds me of a brownie. No after taste smells and taste amazing. Cookie dough bites: doesn’t taste the way it sounds. Would not buy again. No after taste no weird smell. But don’t even know what it tastes like. Blueberry cobbler: has a mild blueberry taste, I like the glaze. I think I would buy this one again. Cookies and cream blondie: did not like. Doesn’t taste anything like cookies and cream. I would buy 3 of the flavors again. The other ones just didn’t taste right. They do keep me full for hours. Great breakfast or snack. Doesn’t cause cravings after eating. Love the concept, wish they had more fiber. But the sugar content and the protein are good. I feel like even if they melted they would still be goods also a little pricy for what I is. I would buy the cinnamon roll and eat it daily if it had more fiber in it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have no idea what the negative comments are all about. These are high in protein, high in collagen, low in sugar, and they taste AMAZING! I honestly don't know what people are complaining about as far as the smell or the taste. To each their own I guess! Eating one of these tastes like cheating on a diet, haha. They are EXTREMELY filling as well. (Probably because they are high in protein.) So don't let the size of these brownies throw you off. You can easily eat half of one, and save the other half for later because it's heavy (in a good way). The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the price point is just so high... I mean I get it. They're made in small batches and they taste amazing. But even if they could come down 50 cents per brownie it would be a little more affordable. Such a yummy treat though.

I have tried a few flavors, here is my rank from best to worst: 1. Cinnamon Bun; taste like one!!! 2. Pumpkin spice; good pastry flavor 3. Birthday cake; real good but can taste weird if its sitting out too long 4. Cookies n Cream; good but also can get a weird whey taste if its old Overall, worth the price for a good protein snack.

Great variety package of brownies. Will likely order specific flavors soon. First early morning delivery did not happen since driver did not use gate code provided. Luckily someone else delivered in early afternoon and did not have to worry about package getting hot in the sun next day. I recommend putting the brownies in the fridge so that it firms up and less "cake-ey". The taste is still there but has a nice chew instead. Warming up is ok, but does not give the firmer texture you want. Fairly good macros. but taste second to none. I think barebells has better macros, but these are more like desserts.

Honestly everyone on tik tok made these look or seem so delicious but they are really flavorless and I can’t even taste any peanut butter on the peanut butter ones. It just takes more like chewy chemicals

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've seen these proteon brownies all over social media and read the hype, but theyre really not all that. I used a 30% off coupon code, which brought these out to $2.30 per brownie. They're completely not worth it. Each brownie is about 2"x2" square and they have a very bitter aftertaste that stings the back of the throat. Of the 4 flavors, I enjoyed the birthday cake the best as it had a nice, somewhat lemony taste, but still bitter. The glazed chocolate donut was a close second because, well, chocolate. They are pretty filling, though, and if you're strict with your diet and are rolling in dough to afford these at full price(or even at 30% off), then theyre better than nothing. For me, I'd rather eat a true brownie, then just make sure to exercise a bit lol. Protein content: Great amount for such a small size. 19 grams per brownie and taken in 3 (not so enjoyful) bites? Okay I'll take it.
