How did we live without this hot tub cover!?!?!? We purchased a refurbished hot tub a few years ago, and, while the spa itself is wonderful, the lid it came with was a nightmare. It was super heavy, making opening and closing the hot tub a multi-person job, especially after rain would log it down even more, evidently from worn areas in the seams that allowed the moisture to enter on the top and sides. Not what you want to have to worry about while you are braving the freezing air for some hot bliss and relaxing! Along with the horrendously inconvenient weight of our old lid, it also smelled mildewy and made using the spa unpleasant. We finally put the money out toward this new cover and are kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner! Free shipped (although we ended up having to go pick it up locally because the delivery company refused to leave it if no one was home...good grief...we all work and go to school!) and super light weight, this cover is fantastic!! The lightweight factor makes it super easy to pop open and close. Our 10 year old can do it by himself! We have had some doozie wind-storms lately and the lid has stayed down perfectly. There is a slight pitch to the lid, making water shed off easily, a bonus in the rainy Pacific Northwest. I'm positive we are saving big on our power bill since getting this cover...it's so much better insulated and never gives off steam, even when we had temperatures in the 20s. The gray color is classy and nice looking. There are great securing clips included for installing, although, honestly we have yet to add them and haven't needed them because it fits so well. The price is fantastic and so much better than so many we looked at while shopping- our local spa salesman quoted us around $1000 and this amazing cover was only $300! We are SOoooooo, sooo pleased and highly, highly recommend this hot tub cover!!

Horrible! This cover only lasted 6 months. It is bowed in the middle and retains water, we cannot even get if off or on without 2 to 3 people because of how much water it retains. It has a one year warranty but noone will talk to me. When I call the company they tell me to call another number. Noone wants to admit that I bought it from them. I have never heard of such a thing. Amazon is working with me and I'm hoping to get something worked out through them. $309 is a lot of money to me and I cannot afford to just turn around and buy another cover. Do not buy a cover from these people, they will not stand behind it and the covers are cheaply made.

Fit perfect. Quality is great but seemed thinner than most covers I have seen. Only time will tell how long this will last.

This cover holds the heat in very well. It is not sturdy enough to connect to the lifter that we used with our old cover. But it is lightweight and very durable.

Made out of some product that you cant even attach standard fold up mounts to. Also didn't come with both parts of the lock down straps.

Happy with quality and weight it's nice a light haven't had enough time to determine if it maintains water tempature

It came with no damage, was on time and it was just as advertised. I am very happy, all other places I looked it was going to take 3-4 weeks to order.

I've had my hot tub 38years. In that time I have had 2 covers. This one didn't last a year. Complete garbage. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
