Sidesleeper here. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain and have used orthopedic pillows for years. I've never been able to sleep more than a couple of hours before having to change position due to waking up in pain. I bought this pillow last week and the first night I used it I slept 4 hours straight! Each night feels better as I get used to it. It is very firm and hold my head and neck without hurting my ears. The only drawback would be it's smaller size and trying to find non-cartoon\superhero themed pillowcases to fit it. I love this pillow and am very satisfied with its quality.

A great pillow that is super nice to support your neck in all the different positions (side, back) when laying in bed.The Bamboo pillow has 2 different heights on either side of the pillow which gives you options of how high or low you would prefer to have your head supported.Has zipper on cover which makes it easy to remove and wash as needed.Packaged in a nice zipper bag that can be reused for storing or take for shopping (1 side clear, 1 side White).

I suffer from spinal stenosis and neck pain. I find this pillow the correct ht for me and therefore does not provide any addtnl strain on my neck while providing the support that I need.

Perfect pillow for my cervical issues. If my neck is really bad and cant tolerate the higher curve, I just turn it around. Much less pain in the morning.
