My husband & I have tried different brands. This works if taken 30-45 minutes before your bedtime. We have found if we wait longer then an hour the effects begin to be less effective. Plus we do not wake up felling groggy in the am.Give them a try only thing you have to lose is Sleep!

Don't buy this product!!! I purchased these for my dad because he has trouble sleeping. He said it's worse than drinking coffee and trying to go to sleep. His heart was pumping and was unable to sleep. He thought maybe he needed to get used to it he tried it a second night and his legs became shaky the second day. I told him to stop taking them! Read the reviews it doesn't work for anyone. They should stop selling this crap.To top it off it's non refundable!ShockerIf it was refundable they wouldn't make any money because clearly they'd have to give eveyone their money back.It's a scam don't buy!

I felt like other things helped me fall asleep better; Ashwagandha and/or deep breathing for stress reduction.

I still do not stay asleep, but I can get back to sleep better than when I was not taking Relaxium

I have a horrible time trying to sleep. Thought I’d give this a try with all the hype on tv.Didn’t do anything for me. Doesn’t work at all.A waste of time and money.

I feel I must write a favorable review for this product. When I go to bed, it will take me at least an hour before I fall asleep. My mind races from one thing to the next. Yes, I do a lot of problem solving in this hour but I just can’t turn this rush off. It is a high beta thing.So, I feel I am one of the ideal candidates to test this product. Results: Amazing! I use a sound machine that turns itself off after a given time. I put it at 90 minutes and sometimes I am still awake when it goes off. Took the 2 relaxiums and put the sound machine for an hour. Eureka!…I fell asleep before the sound machine went off. As you may surmise, I do have a sleeping disorder. Now, the next benefit was that I am now waking with less muscle pain.This is a product I wish to recommend to those high key individuals who have a hard time falling asleep. This product has done wonders for me. There are a lot of products out there that make many claims, but Relaxium delivers and I highly recommend it. Don’t hesitate, get it, you will only thank yourself for your decision. Pleasant sleep!

Received the SLEEP and CALM supplements on 12/30/22, took one pill 30 minutes before bedtime instead of two pills and I was asleep pretty fast 😴 anxiety & heart rate safely went to normal, I was able to sleep throughout the night, and I did wake up refreshed 👍Tips: if you weigh 175lbs-185lbs the absorption is better versus somebody who’s overweight and that’s with any supplement. I weigh 185lbs.It says take 2 tablets 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime and maybe 4 tablets. I would suggest taking one tablet to try it out first because taking too much melatonin will give you a groggy headache when you wake up.This product has helped me now to cut back on the Indica strain of marijuana before bedtime which was waking me up in the middle of the night with anxiety because I vaped too much of it or even at small doses (puffs)I’m doing Relaxium CALM supplement during the week (2 pills during the day with breakfast) so I can focus at work because my job stresses me out sometimes and it’s working very well to keep me from being so anxious, stressed and worried.Hope this helps God bless.
